As the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Officer roles continue to become increasingly recognized as vital to organizational success, it was nice to see this list of the top 40 CHROs for 2024, published by N2GROWTH. Eight criteria were used to evaluate and select CHROs, including Innovative Workforce Initiatives: Implementation of forward-thinking workforce development plans and programs that anticipate future skills needs and foster continuous learning and innovation. Industry Influence: Significant impact within their industries and broader communities, including thought leadership, innovative practices, and active participation in industry forums. Congratulations to all CHROs and CPOs recognized in 2024, and to all HR leaders who make an impact in their organizations every day.
